SPIRITUAL FIRST AIDS - 911

Dear friends:
In this stage you will start asking God for guidance and He, for sure will answer, but when you do, make sure that you offer yourself to him. As Jesus told us: just get to a private place and then pray, talking to him at the begining, he will answer as he did to one of our friends. Lets see what kind of communication she had:

OFERING YOURSELF

If I don’t write I forget, but it is not easy to write what I just learned, because they are things that everybody knows, but they know it carnally and not spiritually and please do not misunderstand me that knowing something carnally is not wrong at all, but to get to know something spiritually gives you the desire to be part integrally of what you have learned.

Said this, I want to tell you that today, during mass I was listening as usual, every word of it, but I never stopped on the offertory or if I did, I didn’t understand it as well as I did today: The priest offers the wine and bread, which have been made by human hands in order to become spiritual things as blood and body of Jesus. For the first time in my life I completely understood the beautiful opportunity we humans have to offer anything made by our human hands to become spiritual things and on doing so, we are contributing to become, together with Jesus, also his blood and body and with that, definitely accepting the cross. On talking about our offertory I am not only talking about material things, I am talking about feelings, actions, experiences, etc. All we do with our lives, anything, even the most stupid thing, if they are served on the table of the sacrifice as an offer to become spiritual with Jesus can become the blood and body of our Lord.

Then, almost at the end of the mass I also understood that it is more, much more. The mass entirely is as a summary of the humans spiritual life, we don’t need more, it is all right there, the covenant, the suffering, the falling down and the rising, the mystery, everything of what we live for is right there, we can experience our spiritual life thousand of times with the masses and in each we can offer ourselves being one with Jesus and making the net of our lives, and from there living our carnal lives in connection with the offering of it to become one with Jesus.
